Marco's Pizza - Mobile

We visited the Hampton Hotel for pizza and chicken bites. Unfortunately, our order did not come with plates, napkins, parmesan, or paprika. The pizza was good, but the chicken was flavorless and dry. I would recommend skipping the chicken dish and saving your money.

I went to this restaurant on Friday to pick up my order. The person in the back preparing the food was not wearing gloves and was handling the food with their bare hands.

I ordered a pizza at 9 PM and was told it was delivered at 10 PM, but I never received it. They said the delivery driver went to the wrong house. They promised to make it again and deliver it directly to me. By 10 PM, I still had not received my pizza, so I called and was told it was on its way because I lived close to the restaurant. However, it is now 11:09 PM and I still have not received my order. I called again and was informed that the driver had other deliveries to make first, but would be arriving soon. Waiting two hours for a pizza is unacceptable. They mentioned throwing in extra breadsticks, but that did not make up for the long wait. I am considering asking for a refund, even though I had already tipped 20% and paid almost $30 for the pizza and breadsticks. I will not be ordering from them again. It is now 11:12 PM and I am still without my pizza.

We have pizza at least one night from Marcos and the last few times have been horrible in service! Tonight we ordered one LG pizza at 5:19 I was told 20 mins I got there at 5:40 pizza has not even been made. one employee just standing there one in the back and one boxing pizza. the female working didn't tell me it wasn't made I figured that out myself and that was fine. but nobody paying attention and burnt it along with another order. phone ringing off the hook, about 4 of us customers and the female decides it was a great time to take a smoke break for 15 mins. needless to say I did not wait on my new pizza and whent else where! not to mention the restaurant was disgusting! get together marco cottagehill location!
