Mcalister's Deli - Mobile

This Sunday, the staff was on point. I received excellent service from every team member. When I arrived shortly after the restaurant opened at 10 o'clock, there was a small crew on duty, and each person greeted me warmly. They made sure I had everything I needed for my order, which really made my visit enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic experience here. Thank you!

The experience was decent, but it didn't quite match the McAlister's from my hometown. The sandwich was 50 cents more expensive, contained less chicken salad, and they didn't provide napkins with the meal. I had to go to the counter to ask for more. In my hometown, there’s a napkin dispenser on every table, but this location didn’t have that.

My lunch at 1:00 a.m. was spent waiting in line, as there was only one cashier working, who was also making all the drinks. The four other employees were either running around, delivering food, cleaning, or just standing around. The cashier deserves 4 stars for her efforts, but the poor girl clearly needed assistance. During lunch hours, there should definitely be at least two cashiers.

I love this restaurant. Always so nice and friendly. The food is awesome, wish we had one closer to Tillman's Corner

Dirty tables and dirty floors. General manager should have been on this! Sticky countertop where you order food. Somebody needs a kick in the pants there. Food was very good! Clean up!
