It was so bad i got really sick from eating half the burger before i realized something was off. Had me sick for 2 days. The worst fastfood and service ive ever witnessed.
I waited at the drive-thru speaker for over 15 minutes with no one in front of me at the window. After not receiving any assistance, I decided to honk my horn, and they gave me an absurd excuse that felt like a lie. If you can, I would recommend avoiding this place. Either shut it down or bring in new management!
This place is a disappointing example of fast food service. I waited a long time in the drive-thru line just to give my order number, which I had placed on the app. When I finally reached the window, I found out they were out of the Cactus Box I ordered and didn’t have the box or toy. Instead, they handed me my Big Mac in a regular bag. I ended up paying $2 extra for the same meal I could have ordered normally, but they never mentioned that when they rang it up. To top it off, when I finally got to eat my meal five minutes later, the Big Mac was cold. Don’t bother coming here if you’re expecting good service, hot food, or a quick drive-thru experience.
I've only been here once, but my experience with Kim made this my favorite McDonald's. She was incredibly friendly and sweet. (You all should definitely give her a raise!) The food came out quickly, and I felt really well taken care of at this location.
Restaurant was clean. The staff was very friendly, with good customer service. We ordered our food fresh and it was made in a very timely fashion.
