Mcdonald's - Mobile

In order to be true, I didn't order anything, just stopped for the family bath break. While I overheard several employees badly talking customers in the drive thru as if I were not present. Not very professional I am sure that the food is decent, but the workers are not.

In the city a little early for an event, we thought we were on McDonald's Drive thru for a quick bite. The longest waiting time and 3 of the 6 meals we ordered were wrong. Is that half bad or half good? At least the food was hot.

Worst mcdonalds ever. Food was terrible. I was overchanged and treated badly by 3 different employees.

Sadly, customer service could always be better. But customers could always stand to be kinder. But cashiers should keep attitude in check. If they get overwhelmed, they should maybe be allowed to take a few minutes to collect themselves. Everyone deserves an opportunity to get themselves together when working with the public. It's not that easy.
