Good food and great service never fails as a place to eat

I was just yelled by the car-dru staff. Because I didn't know she was talking to me. Didn't know what she said and it wasn't because she had on a mask because she didn't. She got angry, threw my food on me and slammed Drive thru window. Definitely will not go back. Poor customer service

Didn't even stay... was told to hold a second, and when I called, literally 5bminutes later, the plate was rude and said, JUST A SECOND! I answered, well... it was minutes, not seconds... she answered with a stern tone, can I help you!!? No, you can't... and you just ran away.

I never realized it was possible to be too incompetent to run a McDonald?s even somewhat efficiently until trying to get food at this location. The one time they somehow managed to get me through the drive-thru within the span of an hour they still somehow got the order wrong when I was one of two cars there. Tonight I thought I?d give them another chance and grab some food on the way into work. I thought wrong. I pull up to the drove through and there?s maybe 4 cars there including me so it was by no means a rush, especially for normal dinner hours, so I thought ?nice, I should be able to get my food and make it to work in plenty of time!? I thought wrong. So it takes about 10 minutes for the 2 cars in front of me to get their orders in and it thought ? This is fine, they probably just have some big/complicated orders.? I thought wrong. I get to the window and the operator says ?one moment please.? So it thought ?that?s fine, he?s probably gotta take care of a simple task real quick.? I thought wrong. After more than 5 minutes of waiting at the speaker I had to just leave the line as I would?ve been late to work had I waited the whole time it would?ve taken to get my food. Some say the people who were ahead of me in line are still waiting to get their order or for it to be correct to this day. So in short, save yourself the trouble and go to a different restaurant, especially if you?re on any kind of a schedule that doesn?t permit an hour of waiting, unless you want to leave a McDonald?s angry, hungry, or probably both.

Food was hot and fresh. Sprite tasted like carbonated water. Associate sounded like she didn't want to be there. Food was fast.
