Sonic Drive-in - Mobile

I arrived at the individual ordering pods and pressed the button, but after waiting a few minutes without any response, I noticed cars leaving the drive-thru. So, I decided to pull in behind two other vehicles. The service was incredibly slow. The breakfast sandwich was enjoyable, but I requested fresh tater tots, and while they weren't cold, they weren't fresh either.

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. It took 20 minutes for my order to arrive, while customers in the drive-thru were being served promptly. When I finally called for assistance, the server, Miracle, was quite rude and remarked, "Baby, your French toast had to be cooked fresh." I find it inappropriate to refer to a customer like that. Plus, I don’t understand why it would take 20 minutes to prepare precooked French toast. To top it all off, my iced coffee was unpleasant; I ordered a large because it was delicious the last time, but this time it tasted like cleaning products.

Good food but as much as they advertise different drink possibilities, you can't customize your drink in the app or on any food delivery app. Just want a simple customization like making a Fanta slush. That would be awesome.

I normally love sonic but I'm not sure what was going on tonight. They fried all the cheese right out of my mozzarella sticks!! No cheese was in any of them????????

MOLDY slushies... ZERO stars! I had a terrible experience at this location. They messed up my orders three times in a row. The last time I visited, they served me slushies that had MOLD in them! I ordered slushies with green/blue boba, but instead, I received nerds that were clearly expired and rotten. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially since these slushies were for kids. I'm consulting with several lawyers about potentially suing this location; the owner should really be ashamed of the standards here. I will never come back, and I urge you not to either if you value your health. Take a look at the photos and judge for yourself. Who in their right mind would pour a slushie that looks like this and sell it to a customer? I’ve included pictures of the strawberry and cranberry slushies. I tried calling the store, the manager, and the supervisor, but *no one answered*!
