I loved it!! The employees were friendly, and most of all, the bread was FRESH!!

Terrible service! This restaurant has a drive-thru with a sign that was lit up, but no one was taking orders. I had to go inside and was met with attitude from staff members. One employee was sitting down while on the clock and didn't acknowledge me until another customer came in. I was informed that they do not use the drive-thru, even though the sign was clearly on. The employee had a bad attitude and didn't ask me what I wanted on my sandwich after toasting it. Overall, a frustrating experience and I will not be returning.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The staff was excellent, knowledgeable, and friendly. They knew exactly what they were doing.

The staff is friendly, especially the Manager. If there's something you see that you don't like, they don't mind bringing out more and replacing it with something fresh. Never had a problem with the staff or my food.

On our way home, my daughters asked for Subway pizzas like the ones I had bought the week before from our great Subway at the loop. I assumed I could stop at this location on my way home from work to get the same pizzas. However, as the saying goes, never assume. I was given a terrible excuse for a pizza. When I tried to talk to the associate, I was told to speak to a manager. Needless to say, I was treated poorly. Don't ever go to this location.
