Taco Bell - Mobile

Usually, everything is fine, but they mess up our order about 80% of the time when we have more than three items. While we do make adjustments or substitutions, they're nothing too out of the ordinary. Recently, my partner had to drive all the way back to return a completely incorrect order from someone else, and they happily prepared a fresh one for us without any fuss. He mentioned that the staff member was very kind and apologetic.

The burritos were incredibly tender, just look at the tortilla. Overall, I'd rate the food 3 out of 5.

I will never return to this Taco place again. I've had two terrible experiences with this establishment within just a week. I spent $25 on a chalupa plate with a soft taco and a grilled burrito box. The girls working there even got into an argument at the window because part of my order was mistakenly given to the car ahead of me. They handed my food out the window without bothering to look at me. When I asked for milder sauce, one of the girls replied that it was in the bag without making eye contact. The taco was not soft, and there was barely any cheese on my order—maybe just six pieces. To top it off, the tea was awful. I refuse to spend my money on such poor service and food.

I ordered a zimtwunde with my order, the cassian tells me to raise for my order as a whole. she repeats the order in the window, so I ask her if she has the cinnamon twist that she then returns and says that after closing the window we can add nothing in the window and run my card. I'm like I said with my ordering on the order screen and the answer is well received that we didn't hear it. if I weren't so tired, I would have canceled the whole order. it costs nothing extra to be nice and less to be reasonable. it is not the customer's fault that they have not heard a part of an order. I could see if it was something that had to be done, but seriously a twist bag! I will not be back to this place. taco mommas taste 10x better for the same money. but for the sake of convenience, taco bell was the choice to only be treated as I am a problem and I spend my money at their location. really happy for them that I was not a secret loading thief. the load would have had a very low point for rest alone.

Young birds working their with nasty attitudes serving trifling food at night. Nasty tone at the speaker when ordering food. Just Disgusting..GO FIND ANOTHER JOB IF YOU'RE NOT HAPPY. PERIOD......
