Lobby door open, but front counters do not order. blonde manger on service very rude and unprofessional. drive you thru line wrapped around the building

The dine-in was shut down even though it said it was open. Waited on the drive-thru for 20+ minutes and the food was semi warm when it entered the car. I know because I ate a piece in the car otw home. But hey, at least they had chicken lol.
