We have been frequenting this restaurant chain since it opened. At the beginning the tigelle were very good, without waste inside (it means that the dough was good, the right leavening) I'm not talking about the quantity of ham in the salad, which has been a little scarce lately. The dough for the tigelle has changed, we try to make wholemeal ones, but they are raw inside, the dough is unleavened (in the photos the waste from the tigelle). Even due to the fast service times, it doesn't cook the tigelle well. Unfortunately we look for quantity (more covers) despite quality. I don't think I will return to these places. I think embarrassing is the best word to describe the salad I was served today. Two, I mean TWO, slices of raw meat for a salad costing almost 12 euros?
