Sometimes I wish the world was like Strada Fare. Kind people, the right distance between tables, families with parents who know how to manage their children in a public place... The restaurant borders on perfection. The dishes are prepared with care as well as being a riot of aromas and flavours. Furthermore, the service is excellent, with those gifts between one course and another that are real surprises. You immediately realize that you are dealing with long-standing professionals in the catering field. Finally, let's not overlook the excellent cellar, a demonstration of the lady's (well-known sommelier) profound knowledge of wines (and liqueurs) and the vinegar factory in the attic.
