Burgerim - Modesto

I'm a big fan of Burger IM, and I wanted to share my feedback on the burgers we had today. We ordered the family box, and the four chicken classics were fantastic. However, the four cowboy burgers were a different story. The patties looked and tasted like flat, frozen ones, and they didn’t have the same quality that we've enjoyed in the past. I was a bit disappointed, but overall, the food was great, and the milkshakes were incredible!

I was disappointed with the way they treated the delivery person who was just trying to confirm that my order included ranch dressing. Everyone deserves respect, and the way they treated her was unacceptable.

The Half Half is not like it used to be, and it definitely wasn't half onion rings and half fries. The fries have changed; they don't resemble the round slices shown in the app's pictures. What I received was just a bag of standard French fries with only three—yes, three—onion rings on top.

My family and I visited this restaurant for the first time, and I really wish I had taken a picture because we finished our food so quickly! The burgers were incredible! There are two big reasons why this place absolutely needs to open in Turlock. First, if you can't decide on just one burger because they have so many delicious options, you can choose 3-4 smaller burgers instead—this was a huge win for my family! Second, I love that they offer a falafel burger and a Greek-style burger, which are both rare and hard to find. We absolutely loved this place!

My best friend brought me to this place for the first time, and I absolutely loved it! I can't wait to return with my family.
