This was a recurring problem. they are pushing burgers without telling them at this point. ordered a guacamole bacon sticker with grilled tweebels, and not only did they give grilled tweepers, but they gave and accused me for a double-burger I did not notice until I came home. this is not the first time that this has happened at this place, and if this is the case that they fulfill their quotes, something has to be addressed

Cashier at the window was very rude and refused to remake my shake. The shake was completely melted and when I asked her about it she told me that's how they come. I have had many shakes from here and have never gotten a melted one.

I like Carl's and stop by often. This was a special trip to get one of the highly advertised chicken sandwiches. The one I got was grisley and not enjoyable. I'll stick to their burgers.

The decision to add the beyond burger to the menu was the best choice this chain has ever made.

I don't know why I continue to go there, maybe because of the coupons. The only thing I enjoy are the onion rings. Please stop sending me coupons.
