Doc's Q'in Pit Shop - Modesto

I've dined at Doc's many times, and I’ve never been let down. I ordered the sausage links and brisket, served with greens, potato salad, mac and cheese, and cornbread—everything was absolutely delicious! I also brought my colleagues along, and they were just as pleased. We concluded our meal with homemade peach cobbler à la mode, which was fantastic. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!

Absolutely outstanding! The food was incredible. I ordered the four-way dry with the sauce on the side, and my sides were mac and cheese and greens, plus two cornbread cakes. The greens were so good they brought tears to my eyes, the meats were perfect, and the cornbread was just amazing. I took a few bites of everything but had to pause to share my experience with my family. This is exactly how I remember the food from Tennessee. If you’re in the area, you have to stop by—I promise you won’t be disappointed. It definitely gets a five-star rating from me!

I just finished my meal at Bill Miller's BBQ in San Antonio, TX, which is considered a Texas BBQ landmark. However, I have to say, their BBQ doesn't even come close to what you get at Doc's. Doc's BBQ truly excels in flavor and quality. Just a heads up: this well-known BBQ spot in Texas doesn’t hold a candle to Doc's BBQ.

Wow! Best Bbq tri tip sandwich ever! Juicy and thick cut tri tip packed with flavor! My go to spot from now and and with door dash I can have Bbq all the time delivered right to my door!

Was driving through town, coming from Tracy, to go to the swap meet in Modesto. Saw Doc 's and started salivating. My fiance I hadn 't eaten breakfast, then he asked, 'wanna go? ' I responded, 'F..... yeah! ' Im so glad that we did. The food was so incredibly delicious. All the employees too were so hospitable. It 's my new favorite place!!!
