John's Incredible Pizza Modesto

This place was good 4 years ago but it's like a 45 wait only to get 2 slices of pizza. They never have fresh pizza out and the racks are always empty. They never have cinnamon rolls and when they do they say we don't have the frosting to put on it. Went last week and only got 1 slice of pizza with bad quality tasting sauce. They had no pineapple no onions no lettuce and for meat eaters, the meat pizza had no meat cause they were out. Not going here again

Besides a few good games being out of order and my toddler being cheated out of her tickets when trying to pick out literally the smallest thing, which was equally UNACCEPTABLE by the attendant. The food area was DISGUSTING. Everything being picked over none of the spills being cleaned up. Tables not cleaned which made it difficult to sit in the more popular seating areas. I honestly could 've gotten past all of those things if when getting a bowl for soup , not only was there still food build up inside but BLACK MOLD, and I have an allergy to mold. I couldnt even wash my hands in the bathroom because it is clear they also have not be attended to. Unfortunately, We were turn off from eating after that. I gave it to the nice young lady and she apologized but there were only 3 nice, helpful and attentive people that assisted us throughout our visit. My daughter still has tickets and tokens left on her card, if it wasn 't for that and upon leaving her saying, Wow! I HAD FUN! We probably wouldn 't return. At least, not for eating. Sorry. 7/8/23

Let me start by saying we love John's but our visit 7 9 2023 was a total disappointment. The entire place was filthy, there was food and garbage all over the floors. The bathrooms were disgusting and someone just dumped an entire bowl of pasta In the bathroom sink. The buffet was sparse and dirty, there were very few dishes to choose from and the wait times for replenishment were ridiculous.For a busy Saturday afternoon evening they were so short staffed.There were only about 4 employees working the entire arcade, and one employee was operating multiple stations causing extremely long waits for the rides. Most of the games were either broken or just eating your tokens. The bumper cars had only 4 working cars the rest were just shoved in the corner. And I'd use the word working loosely.For $40 a person they better get there act together because for the amount of money spent the quality is just unacceptable.

You know, if you're in the area and you have some kids with ya, it's like a Boomers but toned down a bit and not as hectic. There's plenty of pizza and dessert. I wouldn't count on the staff to wait on ya hand in foot, but otherwise pretty good.Food: 4/5
