Tim Hortons - Moffat

The people there are the worst! I waited for over 10 min just to order where I had to say it over and over 4 times! Then I waited at the window as the people in the store laughed and gossiped for another 10 min. I was the only one in the drive thru the whole time. They then asked me again what I order and said they were out. Worst people ever!

Arjan khalon needs to be promoted to the highest post. He is the most nicest person i have ever met. His service was excellent.

Manager has a bad attitude. I’ve reported this to head office but she hasn’t adjusted her approach. Service is bad at this location and the other one she manages. Don’t order Boston cream here as they will place it in a bag only to have to glued to the bag and all the icing comes off when you take it out. Even better if you order more than one they have been known to jam them all into one bag and clearly this is a hard no since it makes a big mess. There should be a prerequisite to be able to speak English before getting hired. When they take your order typically gets messed up often. Today I went there to get place an order in their drive thru and found out by the time I got to the order window that they only took cash today because their machines were down. No signs before the drive-through. Therefore you’re stuck in the line.

Today, june 13, i went to grab my coffee and muffin in the morning. I asked her can u put in a bag; she got mad about that.That lady working at the drive thru has just no sense of customer service. It was 8:10 am she was holding tim cups.Upon asking what’s your name, she responded with bucket full of attitude- we are not alllowed to tell our names.Probably she was tired but someone else is starting their day with the customer service she provided was hilarious.Please dont keep people on drive thru who dont have sense to speak.
