Tim Hortons - Moffat

The location doesn't have espresso that can't do many drinks. BE AWARE mobile order! The app won't give any warning, and the staff at the location will ignore you while you are waiting there for long enough to ask about it. poor service.

Today I ordered a “Medium hot chocolate” and what they gave me tasted like sweet coffee water and tasted nothin like hot chocolate but instead bitter coffee sugar water. I even made some at home and it tasted nothing like the one from this tim hortons.

Food is good and pretty consistent quality. Service can be inconsistent some staff are rude, won't even say hello or smile. Some staff are very friendly even during morning rush. It's inside Superstore which is

Too tiny to enjoy anything. Minimal seating and staff always is upset that you are giving them things to do. Typical on the run kinda place..

On friday sept 29th i came into the store, wasn 't sure what i wanted to order so i sat down for a couple of minutes while trying to decide, then a male employee (who i later found out is the store owner) walked by me and started complaining out loud, making a scene in front of everybody saying things like im tired of people sitting here and not buying anything, its everyday clearly directing his statements at me, this made me extremely uncomfortable!!! Talk about bad hospitality.
