Lack of training for employees, very poor service. Old bread (hard and dry) served at the entrance and very bad olive oil (considering the average price of the restaurant, good quality olive oil is expected). My husband ordered a polpettone and, according to him, it was very salty. I ordered a mozzarella and basil ravioli, it wasn't tasty either. The cheese comes grated in the container, but I had to ask for it (something that should already be offered). I had said that I was vegetarian before and the person who served the polpettone (requested by my husband) used the same cutlery to serve it to me (that is, with a trace of meat, something I didn't want and it was unpleasant). The pineapple juice was very thin. All in all, a bad experience and I have no desire to go back. I hope they improve! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
