Kfc - Mohali

I have visited this KFC branch multiple times and each time I have been disappointed and frustrated with the food quality. On my most recent visit, I ordered a bucket of hot crispy chicken, a Classic roll, Hot wings, and more, but I was genuinely unsatisfied with what I received. My order was ready in 22 seconds, but it was cold and overly greasy. The food was clearly not freshly prepared as the temperature was much lower than it should have been. The excessive oiliness not only made the dish unappetizing, but it also masked the flavors of the ingredients. Unfortunately, the food I received did not meet my expectations at all. I would not recommend this branch to anyone.

I have been to this restaurant numerous times, hoping that each time the service would improve, but unfortunately, it seems to get worse every time. The staff here lacks basic customer service skills and we are always left feeling disappointed after each visit. We only come here because we have limited options in Mohali. I urge the management to make some changes for the better.

The fried chicken, chicken wings, zinger burger, and smoothies at this restaurant are all fantastic. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

You can find here all the KFC patent menu. I loved their hot and crispy. At other places it is very oily.

I've been here atleast 4 times since January this year and I've been to other Kfc Joints as well. I don't know why but I found their preparation better than others. And this is the sole reason I'm writing about this particular joint. I found their drinks better to be precise but their other menu items were also a notch better than others. There is sufficient space for parking and the location is apt due to other eateries around.
