Mojave Thai Cuisine

This place is truly a gem in the middle of nowhere. Mojave may not have much to offer, but that makes this restaurant stand out even more. The atmosphere was modern and spotless. The drunken noodles were fantastic, and the portion sizes were generous.

This is an excellent spot for vegan curry, drunken noodles, and a variety of other vegan dishes. The prices are reasonable, and the service is great as well.

The restaurant offers a great dining experience, particularly for vegans. The wonderful owners are open to converting their dishes to be vegan-friendly. I enjoyed a delicious tofu, vegetable, and rice dish, and I was pleasantly surprised that they even provide brown rice.

It is nice that it is a restaurant with many vegan options in the middle of the desert. eating was good, but I had better tbh. the Teriyaki sauce was a little too sweet for me.

This restaurant is a great option in the middle of nowhere for any vegan. Lots of choices.
