Gabbiano - MOLA DI BARI

Hotel carino con personale gentile. Abbiamo soggiornato nel 2018.

L'hotel ha bisogno di ristrutturazioni in tutto, le camere hanno mobili vecchi, il bagno e il pavimento. Il servizio è scadente, probabilmente a causa della mancanza di personale e dei turni lunghi, che rendono i ragazzi frustrati e scortesi, anche se cercano di essere gentili. La colazione era basilare, con poche opzioni e scarsa qualità. Ho visto clienti arrivare più tardi e non poter mangiare torte o croissant perché non ne avevano per tutti. Non credo che meriti le tre stelle e sicuramente non riflette le informazioni su Booking. È necessaria un'ispezione per la salute e la sicurezza della struttura. Il mio consiglio per il proprietario: se non vuoi spendere soldi per la struttura, almeno offri un servizio e una colazione migliori. La gente sarebbe più contenta e forse avresti meno lamentele. Attualmente non lo raccomanderei ai miei amici nella situazione attuale. Ha il potenziale per essere un bel hotel con un buon investimento.

Ottima esperienza ancora una volta, questa volta per cena e drink.

Very bad hotel. Everything that can be bad was actually bad. The worst bed I ever had, shaking all the time. We could not sleep because the beds were making so much noise... The tank above the toilet was leaking so when we wanted to use the toilet it was always wet and the water from the tank was raining to our head, disgusting.... Terrible breakfast, only cakes but fake ones bought in some supermarket. The AC stopped working after our second night and we wanted to switch the room but it was impossible because at reception they said they don 't have any rooms... Don 't go there, it really sucks....
