Burger Shed 18 - Mold

Has made a last minute booking from the pub around the corner. what a pleasant surprise.

The waitress couldn’t find our booking when we arrived, so huffily directed us to a spare table, where we then sat for around 25 minutes waiting for our order to be taken. In the meantime, we could hear several tables around us complaining about the non existent level of service. Perhaps in hindsight we should have left then as indeed another couple did! After placing our orders, it took another 30 mins for our food to arrive, and what a disappointment... overcooked burgers in soggy buns, accompanied by undercooked oven chips covered in plastic cheese. For a restaurant which claims to specialise in great burgers and American style food, it was anything but. About the only palatable item on our table was the bottle of merlot, unfortunately even this was not worth the 18.50 price tag. In summary, terrible food and indifferent service, crowned by overinflated prices. We escaped as soon as possible, vowing never to return.

Really enjoyed our meal, lovely burgers. Nice atmosphere, felt relaxed and unhurried.

Have been here a couple of times and have always been happy with the food and the service.

Excellent food and great service. The burgers were juicy and tasty. This was our 2nd visit and we will be returning again soon.
