This very popular high street cafe is rightly buzzing, it offers lovely hot drinks, shakes and a fab array of cakes for the mid morning pop-in.

We ordered 2 sandwiches and drinks. Although the food was delivered to us quickly, we were disappointed with the quality. My sausage sandwich, which I requested with ketchup, only had a tiny drop of ketchup that didn't enhance the flavor of the sausage. My husband's tuna melt panini had a lack of tuna filling and hardly any cheese, so he essentially just had a panini with minimal filling.

What happened to Handley's? It used to be a charming, welcoming place with excellent service and tasty food. Has this café changed ownership? We recently stopped by and were disappointed to be served by two unfriendly waitresses who seemed uninterested in being there. The cake was dry and the service was practically nonexistent. It might be best to avoid this place until things improve. Such a shame!

I visited this café for the first time and wanted to try their food to provide feedback. The café is well-known for their scones, and I must say, their plain scone is one of the best I've ever had. It is seriously delicious and I highly recommend trying it. I give this café four and a half out of five stars overall. I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you and best wishes.
