Applebee's - Moline

The food was excellent. There were plenty of staff members on hand, but the service was a bit slow. Our waitress did her best, and I think she had the most knowledge among the team.

The wait time for a table was quite long, but there appeared to be plenty of servers, although I'm not sure if they were all working at that time. The appetizers were served hot and fresh, followed by the main courses, all within 30 minutes. The service was excellent, and our waitress was very friendly!

My daughter and I visited one of our favorite local restaurants for lunch, which is conveniently located. We experienced excellent food and service during our meal. Unfortunately, we witnessed a customer become aggressive towards the staff. However, I must commend the manager and their team for handling the situation with remarkable professionalism. No one should have to deal with such behavior at work. They truly went above and beyond in their response, and I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for their efforts.

There’s always a wait on the weekends, so we decided to visit on a weekday. We were seated immediately, but the waitress assigned to our table never came over, and after about 10 minutes, we were still waiting. Fortunately, another waitress stopped by, apologized for the delay caused by her coworker, and she ended up taking excellent care of us for the rest of the evening! The Caesar salad didn’t quite taste like the traditional dressing, but the steak plate was quite good.

Thanks to Applebee's bite-sized brownies, my wife was able to enjoy her dessert despite having a soy allergy. It was a delightful treat for her!
