Taco Bell - Moline

They have closed before 2 o'clock. I was wasting my gas several times because they didn't want to help me. I had stuck in a line waiting when I was not allowed to order food (before 2). I was there at 1:50. I was wasted 30 minutes of my lunch break. I couldn't or move forward. if their hours are up to 2, they help their customers up to 2. turn off the lighter. you have wasted my gas and my time more than once. it is a terrible opportunity to treat customers and run a business. I wouldn't give you a star if I could.

I'm a nurse working late. I'm out of the layer tonight and stopped at this taco bell, because I haven't eaten all day. I came in the drive through the line around 1:20 clock with a about 6 cars in front of me, but decided to wait because I am hungry. I came to the order at 1:48 and was informed that they were closed. I looked online and it's listed as open to 2. these are almost 15 minutes early and I waited almost 30 minutes in the line! I asked them when they closed and they refused to answer. she just said we were closed. it was me and another dare. how really? I've been waiting all the time and you'll cut the last two cars first. I'm sorry, but what's going on?

The young lady who was worried about us was very good! she had a positive energy that she did not always see at a window. the food lasted a minute so they even gave us a couple of vouchers for free tacos! excellent service, we will return!

My cashier Belinga was very friendly. She was very polite and patient when in middle of order and i had to run to vehicle and my co woker had made his order and she patiently waited with no irritation. She could teach other cashier a few things on customer assistance!!!

No toilet paper in the bathrooms. No paper towels either. I'd say the food was good but now thinking that the employees cannot properly use the restroom nor wash their hands effectively, I'm not so sure. ?The employees encountered were exceptionally nice, courteous and helpful.Yes, I did mention the bathrooms to them but for us, it was too late for them to fix. I'm sure they got on it and put the paper in.Also, in their defense, construction workers were using their bathrooms.
