Munch & Grind Cafe - MONA VALE

In small industrial areas, it's common to find places serving milkshakes and burgers for lunch. However, this restaurant stands out for its delicious and affordable rolls and wraps. While I may not recommend their coffee, you can't go wrong with their burgers, chips, or the tasty chicken schnitzel wrap with avocado and lettuce for under $10. The service is friendly and welcoming, making it a great spot to grab a quick and satisfying meal.

I have visited this restaurant for lunch about four times in the past two weeks while I was at work. They serve simple meals, but they are incredibly delicious. I have been consistently ordering the toasted chicken salad roll/wrap and cannot find any faults with it. The prices are reasonable as well.

This is what you get in small industrial estates where the norm is a milkshake with a burger for lunch but to its credit the rolls and wraps here are always tasty and are always hearty and are very well priced. I wouldn't have a coffee from here but if you need a burger and chips or if you want a great chicken schnitzel wrap with avocado and lettuce for less than $10 then pop on in here.You are always greeted warmly and the proprietors are always friendly and happy to chat.

I have been here about 4 times in the last 2 weeks for lunch while at work. They offer very simple meals but oh my they are so super tasty. I have been getting the chicken & salad roll/ Wrap toasted & i can not fault it. It is reasonably priced too.

Through the unmarked door and down the stairs to discover a hidden gem. The bartenders are skilled and friendly, the music is just right, and the overall vibe is cozy and mysterious. I highly recommend this spot for a night out with friends or a special date. Definitely worth a visit!
