Pizza Hut - Monahans

Pizza cinnamon sticks and cheese sticks were so burnt we could not eat it had to throw everything away and drive somewhere else to get something to eat all the food from Pizza hut was disgusting that will be the last time we do business with Pizza hut every time is a hit and miss but what do you do when they are the only ones open later then everyone else

Been there maybe 3 or 4 times. Every time hoping the next experience would be better, but just to be let down again. So they leave the back door open a lot, and the back door is near the dumpsters. Flies swarm in and fill the restaurant. I'm not just talking a few. I paid extra for extra cheese and pepperoni and I decided to just to get the pizza to go because of the flies. I get the pizza and there is very little cheese (definitely not extra). You see more sauce than cheese. I counted 10 slices of pepperoni. Large pizza. Definitely not extra pepperoni. There is usually more people standing around than working. The fountain drinks are usually out of order.

Sat there for 15 minutes. We were the only ones there and staff kept looking at us but never came to talk to us or to place an order or anything lol.

Wise man said- “Forgiveness is divine, but never pay full price for late pizza”.

We placed an order on the app. Drove the 20 minutes to get our pizza. When we arrived, I was greeted promptly with a Good evening! From every employee! Alex, Zack, Adam, Bethany (amazing manager! And Logan were all so kind and pleasant! They were all working hard but took time to conversate with me briefly as I was the only customer at the time. I had a really long day and they put a smile on my face! Food was piping hot too! They made sure all my carry out dining needs were met and they all did so with smiles and jovial conversation! Overall, the best experience I 've had at pizza hut!
