We were looking for a mid afternoon coffee break while shopping at the Chadstone Lifestyle Centre. Found this cafe in Bunnings and really enjoyed the coffee. Only $3.90 for a good size cappuccino. Quick service. Comfortable seating along with newspapers to read. Cakes and snacks also available.

Any company's reputation relies on staff and how they deliver services to customers. During a pandemic when deliveries are either done online or through pickup, reliance on staff increases. I had great experience while picking up my online order. The order was only partially fulfilled as someone made a mistake and didn't check the stock. When Siobhan came to deliver the order in the car park, I asked for her help in checking for an alternative. She was more than happy to assist so that I didn't have to re-order a different item and come back. While doing that, she went back to check the stock and found the item that I ordered. What a great person! I know that it was too much to run around delivering items to customers in the car park which is a bit of a walk, and Siobhan didn't worry about that. That's what customer delight is all about. However, I've not always been so lucky at Bunnings. Whether you get helped or not entirely depends on who you ask.
