Le Gaulois French Restaurant - Monash

I had a fantastic dinner on Saturday night at this restaurant. The waiters were very attentive and the service was excellent. The food was incredibly delicious and the presentation was impeccable. The menu offered a great variety of options. I highly recommend this restaurant.

This local French restaurant is the sweetest spot around! We didn't have high expectations, but were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and food. Despite only having two waiters, they did a fantastic job catering to each table efficiently. The garlic bread is a must-try! The overall food quality was good, though my eye fillet was slightly overcooked to medium instead of medium rare. The escargot was delicious, with plenty of garlic and butter. The lamb dish was delightful! We would definitely return to this charming little restaurant for a cozy local date night experience.

The customer service is excellent and attentive, and the food is beautiful. I usually don't leave reviews, but I will make an exception for this restaurant, even if I have to keep it short.

Whole family loves it so much!<br/ Escargot have good seasoning<br/ Onion soup perfectly seasoned, a mixed texture with the melted cheese, bread and onion! Husband loves the soup!<br/ Duck liver pate with toast, Me and my family loved it!!<br/ <br/ Main<br/ Veal with mushroom sauce, loved the sauce but not the meat. Dad ordered medium rare but it came well done<br/ Rack of lamb has great seasoning and the meat was tender but again it was over cooked. I ordered medium rare and it came medium well. A bit too salty with the baked potato<br/ Eye fillets was also good but again over cooked.<br/ Oven baked duck was delicious. Mom loved it.
