I put a mobil order in arrived 15 minutes after the emailed said it would be ready. When I walked in I was ignored. I stood in line to discover they were just making my subs. Then I didn't get the chips and drinks with my order. However, I do deliveries and couldn't go back and and complain or get the items I had paid for.
The vegetables and meat were actually in large chunks; it would have been better if they had been cut into smaller pieces.
I'm not sure what went wrong, but I've ordered from this place many times without any issues. However, I just spent $60 on three of the worst subs I've ever had. They messed up the basic ingredients listed for the subs and included random chunks of meat instead of the turkey slices I asked for. There was no warning about the changes. I'm hoping this was just a one-time mistake, but everything about my order was off.
The bread was stale and hard, with the ends resembling toast. The sub itself wasn't toasted at all. Additionally, there was no marinara sauce on the Pizza Sub Melt. Given the price of over $25, this was a significant disappointment.
