The beautiful restaurant of the castle of monda is located in the homonymous city, within the city of maraga. This restaurant offers as a highlight that is surrounded by the same walls of the medieval castle, which reproduces a striking and spectacular atmosphere. its location is also spectacular, as it is located in the heart of the city's historic center.

Apart from being a beautiful castle, we have found a waiter named Javier who is the most pleasant and helpful. He has treated us with great affection and super attentive! The girls at the reception have also been very friendly and helpful. Without a doubt I would go again. Thank you Javier for your kindness and sympathy and your customer service. Hotel, restaurant, pool, service, castle, view... everything deserves 5 stars !! The restaurant has a star level, even if it doesn't have one (yet). Really outstanding. The email has just been sent to the Guide de Michelin that something has apparently been forgotten. The hotel also leaves nothing to be desired: we stayed here for 3 nights and everything was excellent. The saltwater pool was a treat after hiking in the mountains. The rooms were very nice. Especially the bathroom: very stylish and high quality. Service: Great! From reception to the bar. Everyone is always nice and helpful. If you could give 10 stars, the Castillo de Monda would get them. The only tiny negative point, which of course no one can do anything about: the journey to the hotel is very steep and a bit adventurous. But hey: it's a castle! In one word: fantastic! We stayed for a week in this amazing castle where everything is perfect: the view, the rooms, the swimming pool, the food, the service and the staff. The castle is an excellent base if you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle. With a (rental) car you can easily reach Marbella, Málaga, Antequera or El Chorro (Caminito del Rey). After a day in the city or at the beach, it is wonderful to take a dip in the pool, where you will be taken care of. You don't have to leave the house for dinner: delicious dishes are served on the beautiful roof terrace while you enjoy the view and the setting sun. Castillo de Monda is a gem!
