Horrible customer service, they are slow and can't get an order right.

The ice cream and service were okay. The restaurant/store floors are always dirty.

I ended up having to return to the store because the mixed up my or a bit

It was so good, there were plenty of staff working for the amount of people coming in and we were waited on quickly and the worker was very friendly (well everyone greets when someone walks through the door)Anyway for a single scoop, a candy sundae, and an old fashion banana split it was only 11 and some change... definitely got a great deal for our money.

Never a long wait for food. Even when they are busy. Decent quality on the food and presentation. Order off the junior menu and you won't spend over $15 for 2 people. Hard to beat these days.
