This place lost my card this morning. Be careful when giving your money… make 100% sure you gave it to them and get it BACK in return. Unacceptable that a big chain can’t have an understanding of basic work fundamentals. What happened: I hand card over, they hand drinks and food over and then CARD NEVER GOT HANDED BACK TO ME. I even waited like 2 mins after she handed me my bag cause I was waiting on my card and the young lady just looked at me like I’m was the problem. Said she “handed it back with your drink” ma’am I just handed you the card and the first thing you handed me was my drink (no card)At the end of the day people make mistakes but understand this is peoples hard earned money and the process of being a cashier/order taker is super simple and out of all the things to mess up with, losing a CUSTOMERS card isn’t something to mess up on. Plus the food was mid, and cold!
Obviously management does not understand their job. Understaffed? Management takes up the slack. Never an excuse to serve a big hot ham and cheese cold. Especially when there are nearly no costumers.
Was a take-out...food prepared presented in a sloppy manner...cashier not pleasant...prices are ridiculous.
The people here in the am are very friendly and makes me want to come
