When I went to check out I was waiting for the cashier who?m I called for twice but came up when a line developed and said rudely I should have told her I was there. Asked for $20 gas as she rang up my items.I could tell her frustration by her avid complaints of her job so I rushed as quickly I could to pay and when I asked for thereciept again she gave a crude toned remark. When I read the reciept I say she put $40 gas. I figured we were both havingterrible days and went in to ask if she needed gas since my car couldn't fit it. The cashier Kim made it into a fault game, hesaid she said. After the manager came I ended with a $20 refund, the manager was very kind and patient.
Sells you expired product, refuses return of spoiled product because it left the store and I may have tampered with it.... yeah right, like I carry a laser jet printer in my car to fabricate expiration dates... horrible. I can only imagine what else isrotten In there... smh. WILL NOT BE RETURNING, I'll take my bussiness else where.
I want to take a moment to commend Store 88, located in Monkton—or possibly Jarrettsville; I'm a bit unclear on the exact name of that corner! Either way, the food is always outstanding, regardless of when we stop by, and the service is reliably friendly. The coffee is consistently excellent, the creamers are always replenished and fresh, and the overall cleanliness of the place contributes to a wonderful ambiance. Great job, everyone! I also wish for this location to receive the recognition it deserves for its dedication and hard work. Please share this message with their district leader!
The chicken at this restaurant is consistently unappetizing and overly greasy. It appears that they don't take the time to drain it after cooking. Whether they skip draining it or just keep reheating it, it definitely absorbs more oil each time it's fried. It's so off-putting that my son has started to make a point of driving 5 miles out of his way to go to another location, even though this one is only 3 miles from our home.
I recently visited this Royal Farm to order a 2-piece chicken tender meal, but I was disappointed to find that the chicken tenders had been cut in half, resulting in just one tender. I live in York, PA, where the tenders are twice the size. To make sure I wasn't jumping to conclusions, I went back inside to check, but unfortunately, all the tenders in the bin were the same way. What a letdown!
