I noticed that my friend's meal had slightly lighter breading, but it still did not resemble what was described on the menu. With my background in kitchen work, I understand that high heat or old oil can negatively affect breading. We promptly informed the waiter about our concerns, and he asked the kitchen to prepare a fresh batch of tenders. However, there was an argument from the kitchen staff, who insisted that the food had to be cooked to 165° and refused to remake my order. It seemed that the cook was unaware of how high heat can ruin the texture of breading. Another staff member tried to advocate for me, but when she failed to get a new order, she offered to let me choose something else. After hearing the cook's refusal, I was hesitant to order anything more, so I simply asked her to remove the charge from my bill. She was incredibly kind and apologetic, though it was clear that she had no control over the kitchen's output. Observing the table next to us, I noticed another customer who had ordered the chicken tenders; his were just as poorly prepared as mine. He eventually left without eating them, and I sincerely hope his bill was adjusted. After reading various online reviews, it's evident that this restaurant has a persistent issue with the food quality. The dishes are not as advertised, and something needs to change with the kitchen staff—whether that means additional training or finding a replacement. Addressing these problems is essential for improving their reputation and ensuring a better dining experience in the future.
We were really looking forward to trying this restaurant. Overall, the food was fine with generous portions, despite a few issues that annoyed me. We placed our orders, and then the waitress came over, puzzled about why we hadn’t received our appetizer yet. My husband and I got our main courses, but then no one checked on us. After waiting over five minutes, I had to call the waitress again to mention that my toddler's chicken strips hadn’t arrived. She seemed surprised and said she’d look into it. It took another ten minutes for the chicken strips to come out, and they were so hot that my child didn’t even want to eat them.
The menu and food were good, and the waitress was very nice, but service was extremely slow. A friend had mentioned that with a large group, we could expect to be there for three hours, and we ended up taking that long. While our drinks and the few appetizers we ordered arrived quickly, there was a long wait for the main courses.
Our waitress, Chloe, was absolutely delightful! The food was delicious!
Wonderful ambiance! The music, food, and drinks were all fantastic! Our waitress, Molly, was outstanding—so friendly and pleasant! We truly appreciated her service. We will absolutely return!
