Cafe Colore - Monmouth Junction

This Italian restaurant prepares all of its food fresh and made to order. They create their own sauces, and their eggplant parmesan is the best I've ever had. I work in New York near Little Italy, and this restaurant easily surpasses them all. Don't be fooled if you see the pizzeria entrance first; the dining area is spacious and lovely, perfect for hosting dinner parties as well. Google may list the address of the Asian restaurant next door, but the correct address is 4095 Route 1 in South Brunswick, near Home Depot.

I just dined there for the first time with my friend about five minutes ago, and it was absolutely delicious! The service was outstanding, and the staff was friendly and genuine. I really enjoyed the overall experience at this restaurant. The ambiance is lovely as well. Thank you! We will definitely return on our next trip to Jersey. P.S.
