Clarkes At Glen-yr-afon House

We had an amazing Sunday lunch at this restaurant. My husband and father both said that the lamb dinners were the best they had ever had! The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. My parents had such a great time that they are planning to visit again in the new year. We will definitely be returning on our next visit.

The restaurant offers a diverse selection of creatively prepared dishes that are cooked fresh to order. A delightful tradition of including a sorbet between courses adds to the dining experience. Although my duck was slightly overcooked, the flavors were robust and well-balanced. The service is both professional and respectful, with a friendly touch. Overall, a very enjoyable experience. I will definitely return as soon as possible.

During my week-long stay at The Glen, I dined at Clarke's restaurant on multiple occasions. The food was excellent, made from fresh ingredients and offered a variety of choices to cater to different tastes and budgets. The staff were a standout feature, providing attentive and friendly service without being intrusive. I would highly recommend dining at this restaurant.
