Costa Coffee - Monmouthshire

I always love visiting this Costa when my friend and I go to Abergavenny. We are always excited to order our salted caramel frappes with skimmed milk and extra caramel. The staff at Costa are always welcoming and make us feel happy to be there. It's a great place to study or revise with the free wifi available, so it's a perfect spot for my friend and me to prepare for our A levels. It is probably my favorite coffee shop in the world!

The restaurant is located in the heart of the main shopping area, which is convenient. The coffee was delicious, the staff were friendly and attentive, but they could have used an extra staff member to help with the long queue. The ladies working there were doing a great job, but if you're in a hurry, it's best to try somewhere else.

The service from the staff at this restaurant is always lovely, and their hard work is greatly appreciated, especially on cold winter mornings.

Its a Costa you can only say so much... however the staff here (particularly the young man) were outstanding, and could not be more friendly and helpful. Really made it a great experience. Only negative no loo roll in the toilet!
