Crema Cafe - Monona

This restaurant is a local favorite thanks to its location near the lake and Monona Drive. I've always appreciated the delicious food and the lively yet cozy atmosphere. The donut holes are a standout for me, along with the delightful selection of small desserts and pastries. I particularly enjoy their croissants and savory turnovers. The staff is always quick and friendly, making for a great dining experience.

I absolutely love this restaurant, but I always struggle to choose what to order because everything is delicious. During our recent visit for breakfast, I ended up getting the oatmeal again. It’s baked with cranberries and pecans, and it comes with milk and brown sugar. I prefer it with just a splash of milk and no brown sugar. It's so delicious!

I visited this restaurant for lunch and found several tables available outside, as well as plenty of seating indoors. You place your order at the counter, and then the staff brings your food to your table. Our meals were generous in portion and served hot. The fruit was exceptionally fresh.

I asked for a black coffee to go, even tipped a dollar. Waited around for over ten minutes watching other people who ordered after me receive their more complicated drinks. Finally asked where my coffee was and the person behind the counter told me it was self serve. Would have been great to know that when I ordered. I got a weird cliquey vibe from this whole place, I definitely do not want to ever go back. Coffee was good tho

Delicious food and awesome staff. Crema was recommended by our AirBNB host and we are so glad that we went with his recommendation. We shared a bluebird chicken salad sandwich and also had a mocha and smoothie. Yum!
