Tim Hortons - Monongalia County

The poor employee was working by herself and she did the best she could while managing multiple stations. This review is a reflection on management not the employee

Nephew enjoyed this place, there is none in Florida

It’s Friday. 5:42 a.m. I’m in front of Tim Hortons. Not open. Site says they open at 5:00.

Usually stop here every day for coffee and a bagel. Used to be great service but as of lately, the store is never open at 5am when not should be, currently sitting here at 8:36am on a Saturday morning game day and find hand written closed signs on the doors. Half the time you can’t get what you want because they never ordered it or the equipment is down. Unfortunately as of this point of being a loyal Tim Hortons customer of 15 years, I will have to find another place for coffee

The guy running the cash register was wearing cloves and didn't change them before making people's food.
