Casey's General Store - Monroe City

Don’t order food from here. They are slow and always an hour or two behind no matter what time you place order. Something wrong with points being added they can’t help you. They don’t know how to run the food service properly or help with any issues.

Coffee supply's are always out in the morning, cleanliness has went down hill as well since the manager Allison Powers left.

We stopped to see if Caseys sold fishing worms. The female worker said no. After paying for some breakfast, the male worker asked if I was the one asking about bait and directed us to a place in town that sells some. Thank you!

Online order wasn't ready at estimated time and the order wasn't complete. Had to use a substitution for items not in the order.

Very very disappointed in this store over the past couple of months! Pizza is no good! Not cooked or too thin you can't even pick it up! This store used to be my favorite! The employees BLAST music and take forever to come to the register! And today we ordered pizza. Said it would be 25 mins..hour later..they say that they can't find my 50$ order. For them to look for 15 mins and then say oh yes here it is ..for our taco pizza to not be taco. Just beans and beef..like where's the lettuce..chips..tomato's..sour cream..and salsa?! Nor did we have any sauce for our 2 orders of bread sticks? And yes you charged me for a taco not beef. Will not be back. I've also tried to call back for an hour and complain and noone will answer...hmm
