My experience at the restaurant was incredibly frustrating. If the night staff is unable to efficiently manage both drive-thru lanes, they should think about closing one of them. I found myself stuck in the outside lane while five cars moved ahead in the inside lane. I ended up having to call the restaurant to report the issue, but there seemed to be a language barrier. After that, I had to switch to the other lane to get assistance. By the time my order was finally taken, I had already waited 13 minutes, while five cars had passed me. I asked to speak with a manager, but that didn't really help matters. He asked the staff for sauce but then forgot to bring it. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and to make matters worse, the fries I received were lukewarm.
I'm happy to report that the service has significantly improved since the restaurant first opened. The orders are now accurate, and the drive-thru operates very efficiently. Well done, management!
The food was good, but even with my special order for Big Macs, both they and the fries were only lukewarm at best. However, the staff was very friendly!
I only interacted with the cashier when I ordered my food; there was no one else at the other windows, and the person behind me received their food before I did. I had to leave for work and won't be returning to any of this group's chains in the future. I hope they can manage with my last contribution to the Chapman group that owns this franchise.
