American Diner - Monroe

I ordered my food an hour or so ago for delivery, I work 10 minutes down the road and only did delivery because of being on lunch. I called after 35 40 minutes and was told “oh maybe it will be out in another 15 minutes” after hearing them start to say “oh i wish you had…” (but didn’t finish). I am still waiting after my lunch break. Hopefully food is not cold since I do enjoy their food.EDITED: Knocked my review down if only i could give 0. I brought the issue up to Menufy where i ordered. That was were i was informed the restaurant wasn’t willing to do anything besides give me a free drink. It took almost 2 hours to deliver, all food was ICE COLD and no instructions or add ons were followed.

Great place to stop before hitting the road home. Good ole diner experience lol hail storm in April included... which gave our server a chuckle about Michigan weather as Ohioans we relate! Stop in for a bite and friendly service.

In all sincerity, what initially piqued my interest about this restaurant is their beautiful interior mural of Mother Teresa against the backdrop of American flags, which can be viewed from the road.I respect their sound stewardship of the space they have been granted by Jesus to communicate faith and patriotism so prominently! May everyone be so strongly convicted in their walk with the Lord!With that being said, acting on my initial interest was rewarded profoundly by the delicious meal they prepared for me along with the kindest-service-ever from the young gentleman who helped me at the drive-through! He was very intentional in the hospitality and generosity he displayed! Praise God for His provision expressed through the talents and kindness of others!Thank you for procuring such a wonderful experience for me. May God bless your business in continued abundance!

Used to eat here years ago when it was Finos.Figured we would try again after bad experience but wish we hadn't given them another try.Place was empty during dinner time for good reason.If you have taste buds leave this one alone.

Mom pop style restaurant with great food and staff. A little bit of everything, you will definitely find something that your heart desires.
