Arby's - Monroe

Staff are friendly, polite and professional. I've been there many times and they're always the same!!

Everything item in the order was correct sandwiches and fries were hot...and the young lady in the drive thru was so nice!!!

This restaurant is disappointing. The service is awful, and the interior is quite unclean.

Arby's may not have been open for long, but they have consistently let me down. I've visited the Monroe location twice and, both times, they were out of roast beef! They claim to have "the meats," yet once they were also out of meat for Italian subs. On two occasions, I had to go inside to get the food I actually ordered through the drive-thru. Today, after placing our order, we were informed that they could only accept cash due to their system being down. I'm sharing this here because I couldn't find a place on their website to leave a review or comment. I really hope the franchise owner makes some swift changes. This was my last effort to support the restaurant in Monroe.

I can genuinely say that I've never had a negative experience at this restaurant. The cleanliness of the dining area, soda station, restrooms, and even the outdoor and parking areas is always outstanding. Whether I'm just passing through or dining in, the quality of the food remains consistent. Arby's is definitely one of the few fast food restaurants I will keep coming back to in this area.
