El Chile Verde Mexican - Monroe

Eating was very tasty and authentic. the meal quickly came out, the service was great and friendly. salsa was delicious (can drink it, ha,) chips hot, light and fresh. one of the best Mexican meals I had. hector goes beyond and beyond! will come back to chile verde every time I'm in the monroe!

Beans were not too good on the opening day but every time since they have been amazing!! Their burritos are better than any in town. So much cheese too. Perfect and friendly staff too. My favorite place to go.

New restaurant. So was our waitress and it showed. Our order took forever so I assumed the kitchen help was also new. Food very tasty and authentic. Prices good and the quantity great. Leftovers magically turned into my dinner. Will return.

I have found a Mexican restaurant that is worth getting my money back! excellent service! great food! the salsa is great!

This place has been a stone in the opposite and the new location is great! fresh and fast eating, can never finish my plate, really nice people, best salsa around! my family was many years ago for the opening weekend of the first location on louisville ave da, and it is still a family lover. love that it did not last long for them vegetarian and peskatarian options before the times for most places in the opposite add.
