Fuji Hibachi Sushi - Monroe

My husband and I dined at Fuji on Wednesday afternoon, and it exceeded our expectations! It was our first time trying hibachi, and although I’ve only had sushi a few times, everything was absolutely delicious. They even customized the California roll for me, and it was fantastic! We will definitely return. Our waiter, Simon, was amazing! He didn’t bat an eye at the large amount of food we ordered—allowing us to sample different dishes—as well as several drinks during the day! He made sure we were well taken care of. Since we don’t often get out without the kids, we truly had a wonderful time here.

This is truly a fantastic place to dine! I've never had such a fun dining experience before. The hibachi dinner was incredibly entertaining. The chef was friendly and full of humor, making the meal even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, too. It was my daughter's birthday, and they played a special birthday song, sang to her, and included ice cream as well. The atmosphere is wonderful; it felt like I was somewhere far from Monroe. The service was exceptionally friendly from all the hosts. I would definitely return again!

The waiter was fantastic and made an extra effort to ensure we felt welcome. He even surprised me with a cake, a candle, and a rendition of "Happy Birthday"! I highly recommend the beers, as well as the sushi and sashimi boat—it was delicious and satisfying! They also offer tables with hibachi grills where your food is prepared right in front of you. Regular entrees start at $12.99 and go up from there. Save up some money for a special outing filled with new experiences. We had a wonderful time, and it was definitely worth the cost!

Such a good experience. The food was amazing! The staff was so friendly and fun. Recommend sitting by the grill if you?ve never been.

Amazing staff and sushi rolls!!!! We get take out often! Best sushi of anywhere we have ever been and we travel often and the best prices around!!
