Garvey's Pub - Monroe

I really love this place! The staff and patrons are incredibly friendly. On Tuesday evenings, the old cars and music create a fantastic atmosphere. My husband and friends definitely plan to return. The food is quite good as well!

What a gem! The appetizer sampler from Harvey's is fantastic, along with the shrimp cocktail and Manhattan Clam Chowder, which is packed with clams rather than potatoes. The bread and butter are simply delicious. I also enjoyed Harold's Pram with ziti, accompanied by a lovely medley of broccoli, carrots, and red peppers, plus my house salad with grilled chicken. The portions are generous, enough for two or three lunches! This is the best food we've discovered in Monroe so far!

Mom and Dad had 50-year anniversary dinner on Saturday. They all went to decorate and the staff was great. We were a small group, but they made us feel special and everyone had a great time. The food was amazing, catering for all (also my special needs children). I couldn't have spent a better day with the family. Thank you, everyone who worked and made my parents special day perfect!!

Local resturant to relax after a long day. Service is fast and courteous , the food delish. Full menu....something for everybody. Really enjoy the fireplace in the Winter and chatting with the owners.
