Geno's Italian - Monroe

We've dined here twice now, and on this occasion, we all ordered the lasagna. It was fantastic! I can honestly say it's the best I’ve ever had. The service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was wonderful. The interior was well-organized, but I highly recommend the outdoor seating. The aroma of their incredible food is unlike anything I've experienced elsewhere. I was truly impressed both times we visited. I can't wait for our third visit! I would rate it as the best Italian restaurant in the area, by far!

Overall very fair Italian. Waitress was friendly and attentive, the overall atmosphere is not your typical restaurant. I had the famous lasagna, a lot of meat and not enough cheese. The portion to price for the small size was a little steep. Cheese bread was good and Ceasar salad was fair. Would probably not return, but it was worth a try.

We stumbled upon this charming, vintage Italian restaurant in Louisiana, and it was a delightful surprise! When you visit, be ready for some classic American-Italian comfort food. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is friendly. They take pride in using fresh ingredients, even grinding their own meat for the dishes. It's truly a gem worth checking out!

The food was excellent and the atmosphere was wonderful. I ordered the fettuccine alfredo, and it was truly delicious. If possible, be sure to dine outside in the courtyard area.

Geno's is my favorite spot! It feels like stepping into your grandparents' home, complete with family photos on the walls and music by Connie Francis or Frank Sinatra playing in the background. Everything I've tried has been delicious, but I'm especially fond of the dishes featuring their homemade sausage. The Snapper Classico is fantastic, too. I can't wait to return!
