Contribuisci feedbackI must say that the staff seemed overworked during my visit. It took quite a while for our food to arrive, but the workers did their best to keep things moving. I believe that if companies prioritized proper training and offered more competitive pay, it could significantly enhance the overall experience for both the staff and customers.
The food could have been fresher, even the fries. My drink had melted ice, just a few small pieces left. However, the line was short, and the chicken sandwiches were acceptable—good and fresh. I have to admit... nah.
Initially, I wasn't a fan of KFC's chicken, but I have to say, the new chicken sandwich is fantastic, and the fries are excellent too. The sandwich is both crispy and juicy, with a nice thick texture. Customer service is average. However, I'm not pleased that they've increased the prices of the hot wings, especially since they don't taste as good as they used to when they were cheaper, which is quite odd.
Chicken sandwich and 3 pcs dinner was delicious and the lady at the front register was really nice!
I was told it would take 3 minutes for my order and it ended up being 10 minutes. No apology or explanation. Worst service ever! Love the food hated the service!
