The new manager, Maranda, has truly revitalized my hope for Little Caesars. She is highly professional and offered an excellent pizza recommendation for anyone looking to try something different. I don't often eat at Little Caesars, but if I do, it will definitely be at this location. I highly recommend it, especially since they are under new management. The store is cleaner, the food is prepared quickly, and the staff is very courteous.
I visited last week and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and a polite young man attended to me. I noticed a customer being quite rude to him, but he handled the situation with grace and didn't respond to her negativity.
I ordered through the app, and if it had informed me that it would take half an hour for our pizza to be ready, I would have chosen a different place. When we arrived, it was quite busy inside. An unpleasant woman who left with 20 pizzas seemed to be the reason for the delay, which made the experience a bit frustrating. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly, and although the pizza isn't as great once you get it home, it's absolutely delicious right out of the oven.
This assessment shall be processed. Management contacted me and apologized for a past experience I had. Not corporate, the manager himself. I know it takes a lot to apologize. Thank you. Keep going hard!
